{"id":98,"date":"2026-05-17T02:21:32","date_gmt":"2026-05-17T02:21:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/quechualogistica.com\/blog\/?p=98"},"modified":"2026-05-17T02:22:39","modified_gmt":"2026-05-17T02:22:39","slug":"carga-sobredimensionada-en-peru-normativa-mtc-y-permisos-especiales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/quechualogistica.com\/blog\/carga-sobredimensionada-en-peru-normativa-mtc-y-permisos-especiales\/","title":{"rendered":"Carga sobredimensionada en Per\u00fa: normativa MTC y permisos especiales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Que se considera carga sobredimensionada en Per\u00fa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el Reglamento Nacional de Veh\u00edculos y las normas del MTC, un veh\u00edculo o convoy de carga se considera sobredimensionado cuando supera cualquiera de los siguientes l\u00edmites: ancho total de 2.60 m, altura total de 4.30 m, longitud total del convoy de 23 m, o peso bruto vehicular total de 48 toneladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el sector minero, es muy com\u00fan superar estos l\u00edmites al movilizar chancadoras, generadores de gran porte, estructuras met\u00e1licas de plantas o m\u00f3dulos de campamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El Permiso Especial de Circulaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para circular con carga sobredimensionada en la red vial nacional, es obligatorio obtener un Permiso Especial de Circulaci\u00f3n ante la Direcci\u00f3n General de Caminos y Ferrocarriles del MTC. Este permiso es espec\u00edfico para la ruta solicitada, indica los horarios permitidos, especifica si se requiere escolta y tiene vigencia limitada de generalmente 30 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El tr\u00e1mite puede demorar entre 3 y 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles dependiendo de la complejidad del convoy. Planificar con anticipaci\u00f3n es indispensable.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuando se requiere escolta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La escolta es obligatoria cuando el ancho del convoy supera 3.5 metros o la longitud total supera 30 metros.
